0430, I read my journal entry December 29, 2008, 5th day of MI recovery.  I learned that having good details in my journal makes it more interesting. I went out driving to Interstate 35 and 70mph.  All motor skills and brain cells functioning.  I did grocery shopping and change the RO filter.   I will try.
