Notes and Transcripts: Well Being; Relationships; Love; Infidelity; Shame; Vulnerability

I normally listen to music during my long distance bike ride which normally lasts around 4 hours on Saturdays.  Lately, I found some good and interesting subjects to listen to at TED Talks and started listening to a few talks in the subject of Psychology and Love during my ride.  The 20-minute segment distracts my mind from boredom while I’m pedaling and struggling on a climb.  Other times, it helps me forget what Mile40 feels like when my electrolytes are low and my focus and reflexes on the bike declined.

These are the 7 Talks that intrigued me.  I downloaded the transcripts and made some bookmarks for ease of studying if you want to dig deeper on the subject.  I found out that reading the transcripts helped me understand better.

If you don’t have the time to listen to the audio/video, reading the transcripts below will do just fine [I think even better].  Enjoy and may you have a joyful life and a lasting romantic love.

1. Esther Perel: The secret to desire in a long-term relationship

4. Helen Fisher: The brain in love
