Pro 17:27 He who has knowledge spares his words, and a man of understanding has a cool spirit. [James 1:19.]
Pro 17:28 Even a fool when he holds his peace is considered wise; when he closes his lips he is esteemed a man of understanding.

LOOKING BACK – YESTERDAY
What went well?
1. Spent time with cc at Celebration
2. Spent time with Brent just talking about his life etc. He wants to get back to Ms. Tongay (piano tutor) and continue tennis (sigh). He said he shined at his computer typing class. He scored 85 words per minute on the typing test. This boy can type fast. I saw him set a record of 116wpm a few weeks ago.
3. Started XP Event Log Database project
4. 15Mle cycling around Old Settlers-AW Grimes loop
5. Found an application that can transplant a Windows OS Bootable CD to flash drive – WinToFlash
6. BP now back to normal numbers after being at 150’s due to residual pickle juice in the system
7. Vacuum/mop the whole house in under 30 minutes
8. Played ping-pong with Brent on the Wii, motion sensors on the remote is not realistic, lost so many times due to playing it real
9. Created my own MindMap Visio template, I would like to use it for work because we don’t have access to MindOMO inside the fab
What didn’t go so well?
1. CC asking to go to a movie on a Sunday night (school day – next day), I said NO
2. CC unable to do parallel parking, argued about what she can do when I told her to drive backwards. Teenage/stubborn kids. I have to lecture/counsel her…. “when I was your age…” I am writing a book: “How to Manage a Teenage Daughter Graciously” ;-()
3. Pickup truck shopping at Toyota, cc did not like the Tacoma Crew Cab, have to continue researching my new toy (that she can borrow)
4. Me and Brent setup the ping-pong table in 3 different places in the house – a failure, no space. We put it back underneath the bed (incubate for now)
What would you do differently next time?
1. None
Conclusion:
1. Discipline works and contagious. Seen my kids slowly adapting to a more organized approach of life. Need new strategies in managing my daughter’s unconventional way of testing my patience.
