If I Have a Heart …

I shared a report a few days back about my recovering heart that it is able to beat faster than my normal post MI. Yesterday, on my my treadmill at home, I want to find out if the story is still valid. My goal was to run intervals of 200 meters [half a lap] between a slow pace and high pace reaching up to 7mph on the treadmill. Disregard the twin towers at the beginning of the workout because I think the Mio Global watch was not tight enough causing a reading anomaly. There are two peaks at the very end of the workout, those are the hard test that I executed to validate the fitness of my heart.
Conclusion: My heart is fit for green zone training – that is, 130 to 150 bpm range for my age group.
If I have a heart like yours, I will ………….. [you finish the sentence yourself]. The antidote to stress is not relaxation – it is exercise.
