LOOKING BACK – YESTERDAY
What went well?
1. 32 miles cycling with 15mph wind and cold but able to accomplish goal
2. Walked 10 miles (3hours) with Britta (unplanned but went well)

What didn’t go so well?
1. Thai dinner – Food crime.  Watched the kids over ate with fried cheesecake and mango ice cream on sticky rice.  Hmmmm. It looks good but it was too much calories.
