Father in Heaven; Day237; RF Project

Also when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by people. Truly I tell you, they have their reward in full already.  But when you pray, go into your [most] private room, and, closing the door, pray to your Father, Who is in secret; and your Father, Who sees in secret, will reward you in the open.  And when you pray, do not heap up phrases (multiply words, repeating the same ones over and over) as the Gentiles do, for they think they will be heard for their much speaking. [I Kings 18:25-29.]  Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.  Pray, therefore, like this: Our Father Who is in heaven, hallowed (kept holy) be Your name. Mat 6:5  – 9

I am starting a new life project today called RF Project. Riceless Forever.  The goal is not to eat rice anymore [forever].  Not that rice is bad but just because it is something that is hard to get away with specially when you are Asian.

I am also seeing my cardiologist today due to some intermittent mild sharp pain in my chest sometimes.  My cardio workout is doing fine and I have no problems climbing hills on the bike but when I am at rest or at work doing nothing, I can feel this sharp pain right at my lower left clavicle [not the middle of the chest], not a good symptom for a cardiac patient. 2 days ago, I just did a 2.4 mile swim at race pace with no issues and then the next day a 30mile bike ride with ease.  Not sure if this is a cardiac event but just have to make sure nothing is wrong.  I am on stent#2 and did some googling and the record is >30 stents.  Well, I hope it will remain at low count. Currently, I am reassessing life once again.  I think the future is not so clear once more.
