Most of the reason why a team/relationship fails is one party is more  dominant than the other.  Always commanding the word “Look at me”, “it is my decision”, “because I said so”., “let me do it myself”.  When you hear these phrases dominantly in a relationship, the relationship is bound to fail.  But when you hear humility and patience and sharing of burdens and ideas, the team is bound for success.  Grow less of yourself and let others be/God be.
