Daughter’s Year1 Workstation at UTSA

PROBLEM: My daughter’s apartment at UTSA does not have enough space for a good all in one workstation for a pc with dual monitors and a tv.
FIX: Build a workstation from scratch. [i had to cut 9" to make a 20" table width that will fit her space.
