Outdoor AC Unit Not Working

PROBLEM: Outdoor AC unit not working. Fan will rotate when aided during start. [i use a barbecue stick, be careful though]
FIX: Replace capacitor. Cost=$140.00
Note: Purchased a spare capacitor for $30.00. I will DIY this problem next time.
