If the activity is sinful in nature-stay away, do not be a part of it; applicable in most situation in life.
Lust of the eyes-lust of covetousness; delighted with riches and possessions
Lust of the flesh-an evil desire for the things of the flesh; adultery, fornication, pre-marital sex, homosexuality
Pride of Life-craving for honor and applause; a stubborn mindset that refuses to repent and confess their sins; a hardened heart; King of the Hill Syndrome (I am the best mentality), get rid of it.
True remedy-Walk in the Spirit, no other way.  Cannot make these as a to do list-it becomes legalistic and no power.  When we walk in the Spirit, flesh loses its power and dominion
