Milestone: Solar Project 32034.78/0

It’s been almost a year since I completed the 8.4kw Solar Project. So far this year, my electric bill was always at negative values. Last month was -$165, meaning I’m producing surplus electricity and feeding it to the grid instead. 

Solar project is not for everyone. The location of the property is a huge factor and also the size of your house and how much money are you willing to invest for the future. In my case, I spent a bulk amount for the project now and doing so will make me run my house with no electricity bill. In my computation, the Solar investment will break even in 9 years.

Today is a milestone, I made the 32k disappear.
