Recklessly Wasteful

While we are still alive, there are always temptations lurking us in every situation. Although we made a promise to be obedient and faithful, we sometimes crosses the fine line once in a while. When we do, we feel guilt and shame which normally adds distance to our relationship with Christ. When we feel that we are in violation of our promise, we sometimes forget that there are no other requirements that is needed to get back to His Kingdom other than repentance and a simple statement – “Father, Here I Am Again, Take me back.” A friend once told me that Christianity is not practical anymore and not relevant at the present time. One thing that I can’t explain – peace of mind. When I sit in a corner with a troubled mind and I began to think of God talking to me, I feel empowerment and a strength to go on. The problem remains “unsolved” but my powerlessness is gone.
To a special friend [h], I have no other intentions but to share with you the hope of Christ. Maybe one day, please allow me to share something different.

Casting CrownLiving on my own, thinking for myself
Castles in the sand, temporary wealth
Walls are falling down, storms are closing in
Tears have filled my eyes, here I am againAnd I’ve held out as long as I can
Now I’m letting go and holding out my handDaddy, here I am again
Will You take me back tonight
I went and made the world my friend
And it left me high and dry
I drag Your name back through the mud
That You first found me in
Not worthy to be called Your son
Is this to be my end
Daddy, here I am
Here I am againCurse this morning sun
Drags me in to one more day
Of reaping what I’ve sown
Of living with my shame
Welcome to my world
And the life that I have made
Where one day you’re a prince
The next day you’re a slave
