    • What is it?
      • 100% occlusion of Left Anterior Descending Artery causing no blood flow to the myocardium.

        What was suppose to happen?

        Blood supposed to flow/circulate with ZERO obstruction to the heart.

    • What actually happened?
      • Left Anterior Descending artery was 100% blocked, Zero flow to the heart.
    • Why did it happen that way?
      • Unknown source of blockage in the entrance of LAD.
      • Hypothermia (20081104 2.4Mile Cold swim)-triggered an event-Thrombosis
      • Thrombosis–>Up blood viscosity–>Blood clot–>100% occlusion LAD–>MI
    • What will we do to improve the way we do it next time?
      • Implement cardiac diet, low fat and cholesterol
      • Regular exercise (no changes).
      • Yearly comprehensive medical checkup.

    • Nitroglycerin, .4mg, Dilate artery during chest pain, as needed
