Dream: War but I was late

5/26/2021, There was a war and my US Army unit left without me. They were engaged in a fierce battle. I was trying to find them but in doing so I’ve also met the enemies by myself but they were not able to notice that I was one of their enemy.

Dream: Dad’s Secret Antibiotic Medicine

May 16, 2021. My dad (Hernando Arcayan) had a healing antibiotic medicine in his system. There was a goat that was sick and he scraped a substance from his tongue and gave it to the sick goat. The goat instantly got well. After my investigation, I found that the source of his antibiotic supply was he swallowed dollar paper bills regularly, doing so produced the antibiotic in his mouth.

When dad was gone, I inherited his technique but was producing a minimal amount since I did not have lots of dollar bill. One day, I had so many at one time and then I swallowed too many that I could not breathe, I had to take some from my mouth so that I can process the dollar bill into my stomach. Then I started producing antibiotics just like my dad.

Dream: House Entry Must Pass Water

April 27, 2021. We came across a house in which me and Britta must pass a small shallow canal (knee deep) in order to get into the house perimeter. We must dip our feet into the water, there is no other way. No bridge or pathway available over the water.

Dream: Me and Britta Stranded in Ormoc + Ball Inauguration

Dream #1, Me and Britta stranded in Ormoc. February 21, 2021. On our way to Cebu, A sister of my classmate in Ormoc needed to borrow our ML350. So while we were waiting, we were told to wait inside the couples friend with two boys, one shy and the other outgoing. The wife was a housewife and the husband is a technical handyman. Upon entering the house, the house showed signs that this family is a unique prepper, from the outside, the house looks like it’s made of rice straws bundled together but inside was a well designed spacious beautiful house with two large opening inside but no doors. In the house were black boxes that looked like a sound equipment, many of them stacked neatly in one corner. The inside house wall was made of Mactan stones but covered with traced art work. It was all over the house. It was 10pm, already and it was time already to leave to pickup the car.

We rode a pedicab from Cogon to Bonifacio St. There were 4 passengers and 1 driver. The pedicab had 3 row sitting and the back was empty. Me and Britta sat at the front together and on the 2nd row was two male/female stranger. When the male passenger reached his destination, me and Britta requested that we transferred to the back row. The female in the 2n d row protested that we should not do that. Took a while … but I realized that she wanted to stay in the 2nd row privately because she was with the driver and they don’t want us to notice them. So we stayed at the front row for the trip.

Upon arrival at the Bonifacio Street, the person who borrowed our car was cleaning the dashboard. She told us that she throw up while driving and has debris in the dashboard. Without questions, we helped her clean the car and left.

Dream #2. Ball Celebration

Me and Britta was invited to President Biden’s inauguration ball. It was held in a large warehouse building (not fancy) but every wall was a video projected to what actually happened in our life. It was like a museum of life but only in videos.

Outside was a large musical instrument with a mechanical air pump. The trumpet players does not need to blow air to their instrument which made their playing of music so easy.

Dream: US Army Bootcamp Retraining

US Army Bootcamp Retraining. I was back to bootcamp training. At first I separated myself from the group, but during the weapons training, I joined to a larger group of trainees. I was already fully trained of the task that we were learning. I just needed a refresher to remember how to assemble the M16 rifle. I used to perform this task so good but I just forgot the steps due to a long time of not performing the disassembly and assembly.

Dream: Large Warplane Swallowing Smaller Enemy Plane + Door From The Sky

20210209. I was in Merida discussing something about how to defend the place peacefully. All of a sudden, the sky was filled with variety of planes. It was an assorted tiny planes in various size. The leader of our group ordered to draw our weapons and aim for the planes in the sky. We then started shooting airplanes using our rifles from the ground and many planes just fell off from the sky. When the plane was over our head, I said the word, the war just started. Following the fleet of enemy planes was a very large airplane that looks like a machine swallowing each tiny enemy airplanes. At one time, debris was falling from the sky but we managed to get away from a large door that fell from the sky.

Dream: Tight Shower Room

I was in a house where the shower room was so small I can barely move myself inside when taking a shower. The wall of the shower is made of glass – all four side.

Dream: Boat Ferry Ride on a Bike

I was on my road bike when I boarded into an interisland ferry boat without purchasing a ticket. I went inside the loading deck and realized that I did not purchase a ticket. So I went to the ticket office (rushing) and purchase a ticket. There was no line since the ferry was already boarding and I could see the last few people boarding.

Dream: Brent DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) Code

I was in Merida when a house helper relayed the message she received a message from Brent telling me that he is returning home due to the Yukon making noise and have a DTC code in the dashboard.

The word DTC is the only message in the dashboard.

Dream: Old friend Bing Medicine + Rice

20210103, An old friend Bing was in our bedroom at the edge of our bed and he was about to drink his multi tablets medicine when I offered a spoonful of rice to ease out the intake of the medicine. He took it in front of me and Britta and was so delighted with the rice because it made the medicine feels easier to swallow/take in.

Dream: My Truck Was In The SHop

20210102. My car was in the shop. I was riding at the back portion of the passenger jeepney where I was sitting near the edge and holding both hands in the rail. The driver was the fixer of the car. He was driving so fast that I told/yelled at him to slow down. We stopped by at his house to picked up his child. I was in the couch when this young lady started talking behind me but I could not see her face. It turned out that this lady was showing an approached behavior. After a few minutes later the lady finally showed her face. The driver/fixer invited me for dinner at his palace like dining table.

Dream: US Army Reinforcement Group

20210102, I was back in the Army as part of the support group fighting a war. There were many soldiers from different walks of life being there involuntarily. Company B was the main company that we were helping. There was a ceremony that took place before we deployed to the battlefield. The person in charge was calling each name like a roll call of who is present or absent. Every time a name was called, there was no response because the soldier was already killed in action. Their name were written in a visible board where everyone can see. We were there for Company B as part of the reinforcement but just waiting. At one time we waited all day doing nothing. We were waiting for orders to be deployed. No one was doing anything but just discussing personal stories. At some point, the place where we stayed became so quite. When a partner of mine looked around every body was gone. We started hiking looking for the entire Company and found them at a distance doing nothing. My partner ran so fast and left me and I have to catch up with him. In the end, I found him rejoined the group doing nothing. When we were about to leave, he instructed me not to forget the light bulb that he placed in a pole. He made a light pole to illuminate the place we stayed with a bulb that was connected by an extension cord. The bulb was not the normal incandescent bulb, it was a special halogen bulb which is like a spot light pointed in one direction. We were still not in the battlefield and just waiting for military orders. It feels like it was all like a waiting game since the war was close to be over.

Dream: IrP Party

I attended IrP party but not properly dressed. I was a stranger at first but became part of the preparation. I then went home to changed my clothes and saw a peloton of cyclist riding and a few are my previous classmates in high school. My parents was there fully formally dressed. When I got back from the party, I was the object of the envy and Ir became closer to me.

Dream: 2006 ML350 Driving To Busy Farm Market

I think this is part3 of the ML350 dream. I needed to meet a Samsung coworker who was inside the middle of a farm market where people sell their goods in the old fashioned way. The road was narrow and filled with people selling vegetables and assorted goods. In order to meet him, I have to wave though the busy stalls of the sellers who was blocking the road. I finally met him and had a conversation. After the conversation, I have to go though that same busy road again to get out of the farm market. END

2006 ML350 Accidentally Placed Into A Shop By Mistake

20201121, Saturday Morning around 0600, I was sleeping on/off that night since I went to bed early in preparation for my 40 miles weekly cycling on Saturday. During the In between state of being awake and sleep, I fell into a very interesting dream state. I was in a busy city which I could not tell where. I was driving the old 2006 ML350 and I kept looking for a parking space since it was hard to find a parking spot.  I finally found a space, a very tiny one right beside a grocery store. I parked the car and went on to my business.  When I was done with my business, I came back to where I parked the car and it was gone. I started asking the nearby store if they saw who took my car. The owner of the grocery store, an Asian lady told me that her brother owns the shop and where I parked is a parking space for customer who drops off their broken cars for repairs.  He brought me around the the huge building where it looks like a big open space restaurant full of people. The place was a combined repair shop hidden underground, a robotic automated underground valet parking and on the first floor is a gathering place filled with people in large tables talking, eating and socializing. I talked to the owner of the shop who was with a group of people in one of the large table and shared my story. He told me not to worry because my car did not have a work order and so it was not worked on. He explained that he just need to find my car in the automated valet list but it is buried deeply in the automated parking lot since there were new customers in the restaurant that came in. I have to wait a few minutes for the automated valet system robot to pick up my car. After a few minutes of waiting, my car arrived just like it was when I left it. It still has the broken repaired front grill on it. END

Dream: Undercover Agent

20201104, Wednesday Post Election. I was accused of some crime and was interrogated but was given a task to look for a YMCA building to drop off something. I ran around looking for it but couldn’t find it. One person came and asked me because he noticed that I am missing some information in my records. Then later a coworker of mine revealed my true identity as an undercover agent.

Dream: Jeepney Ride Lapu-lapu; Baby Delivery

Dream#1: Jeepney Ride Lapu-lapu to Cebu then Lapu-lapu
20201102,Monday. I was waiting for a jeepney ride to Lapu-lapu and was waiting for the trip in a restaurant.  The jeepney was parked inside the restaurant. The driver-owner realized that there was no passenger for Lapu-lapu and decides to change the route to Cebu instead.  I agreed the idea and so he changed the route to Cebu.  While waiting inside the restaurant, people started coming and then as the number of people increases in the restaurant, I realized that the jeepney will not be able to leave since there are more people in the restaurant eating and the jeepney is parked inside the restaurant and cannot get out.

Dream #2: Assisted a baby delivery   
I was with a pregnant lady when she went into a scheduled delivery.  The doctor was not fit and was drunk and vomited a beige like substance on the table that covered the delivery operating table.  As I watched him struggle to clean up, I helped him cleanup the mess.

Dream: My dog was waiting for me and complaining

I, Rigel G. Arcayan, took a nap at noon of October 16, 2020 1429, Day 15 of my 25-day vacation and self-quarantine due to my trip to Los Angeles, California last week. During the quick nap, I had a dream that as I came home from work, my Doberman was waiting for me and started jumping on me all excited and trying to get attention. The dog spoke and told me that he had been waiting for me for such a long time (complaining) and was starving… I forgot to leave him food. The dog then ran out from the house and broke the leash. …

Minutes later I heard the roaring sound of the garage door opened near my office, Britta just arrived.

Interpretation:
There are forgotten people in my circle waiting for me to come home. Not sure who these people are. Well, they have to wait for 2023.

Dream: Obscure Bathroom

Date: April 19, 2020
I was in a poor city doing chores and running an errand. I needed to go to the bathroom so I started asking around. First person says, “go straight and the bathroom is on the left”. When I got there I was confused because there was “no left” to turn to. It was a dead end and a closed door and beside it on the right was a staircase. Since the first person said “on the left”, I did not use the stairs, I instead opened the door and entered.
As I entered inside, it was a small market for common people (not the modern grocery store).  It was organized and produced were neatly displayed but the ambience is so simple and not extravagance. I continued to look for the bathroom but I could not find it there. So I kept looking and found another door on the left where a lady was holding it for me, she was just leaving the other side and entering the common marketplace. Behind the door was a modern store with walls of glass where you can see everything. This is another store but for luxury things. I asked another person who was from this store of where the bathroom is. He pointed to the left corner. I walk in but I could not not see the men’s bathroom sign, only the women’s. I asked again the same person and he pointed me to a door and said “there”. I was confused because it does not looked like a bathroom, it has missing walls where you can be seen from the outside and it was not a modern bathroom. It appeared as the old bathroom from the common market. Since I really need to go to the bathroom, I went inside and relieve myself. As I peed, the open walls started closing. The person who helped me to find the door closed it for me for privacy.

Dream: Underwater Bus Travel

Date: April 1, 2020
I was on a traveling on a bus from one island Merida to the nearby island Camotes island. As we were approaching the pantalan, I did not see any ferry around, it was empty. The driver of the bus kept maintaining the speed and I thought that we are going to jump off the pantalan. But minutes later the driver did not let off the gas and we hit the water. The bus kept traveling as normal and the driver did not panic. We can see the beautiful blue undersea and all the marvels out in the deep ocean. Then all of a sudden, we hit a steep ramp and we started climbing up slowly and we hit the surface of the water, and then we saw the pier in the other side. We were in a different modern city with people living as normal. We saw another bus where the water got inside and flooded the floor and their shoes and boots were filled with water. In our bus, it was dry because the bus was water tight and all door were tested for underwater travel

In that same bus, there was an Asian family that travels, a son, a daughter, a mother, a father and a grandmother. I was outside when I met two FBI agent talking and the older agent was bragging that he is training this new guy. He was describing all the actions that the other was doing at the moment the execution of action was happening. They were looking for a suspect inside the restaurant where the bus passengers were having dinner. Finally, the junior agent grab the child of the group and detained her. The bus is about to continue the travel but the daughter is detained. The mother forcefully choose to stay instead of continuing the travel.

Dream: US Army reEnlistment

I was late already in the re-enlistment
I turned in my Yukon to a young recruit to let him park it and had doubts if he was the one in charge and thinking that he will be using it for fun during off time
I reside far from the barracks and realize I needed my truck but could not get to it
I needed to get my uniforms from the store instead from the Army supplies
I looked and feel young and having no doubts that I can pass the PT test
At one time, I saw new recruits dressed for a night dance while I choose to not go

Dream: Unskilled Painter Day 0046

Dream#003 – The Unskilled Painter
*I was a participant of a well-known painting contest
*In the preparation room, we gathered all the things needed for the contest and I have everything I need but when I saw the judges’ list (an empty paper with 2 columns and 6 rows table) that we are suppose to fill out, I could not remember their names nor know their names.
*When I entered the museum where the contest was held, I was in awe because:
1.I don’t know how to paint
2.I don’t have my judges’ list filled out
3.I don’t even know where to start painting
4.I have a large empty white canvas
5.The participant across my table did not share his work with me. He had a coach with him
6.After a long pause, I decided to just paint but it was only a “dot”, I did not know where to start

*I was reading about Rice Farming (my mother left us with farmlands, a small rice field and rice milling business and I used to be involved with the chores (that I disliked) with my dad before I moved to the US)
*I was watching how Rice Milling machine were made
*I was learning the process of Rice production from seed to milling
*I was learning how to dry Rice during rainy harvest seasons
*I was thinking of how I can integrate my electronic, electrical, mechanical, sensors, computer networking, wireless networking skills into what mom/dad left for us.

For the past week, I’ve been reading the book “Jungian Psychoanalysis”. I mostly listened to books instead of reading it. I am using the app called Voice Dream Reader. During my daily 2Mile walk, instead of listening to music, I am listening to my books that I queued for reading. 2 miles will take me around 38 minutes to complete, that is 38 minutes of reading. In the Voice Dream option, I set the Speech Rate to 200 words per minute. By the end of the workout, I can normally finish a chapter every day (depending on the topic), hiked two miles with a 40-lb pack and get my broken heart a soothing pounding which serves a daily cardiac test… then I will say to myself.. "I have another day to experience".

Amplification
Chapter 10-Amplification: Unveiling Emergent Patterns of Meaning. The chapter is about the interpretation of dreams using "amplification". We can understand our dreams and its meaning if we examine what took place before/prior to the dream and amplify the symbolism (example: a road is a journey, a death is a rebirth or a new beginning, a wedding is a transition of life to another phase, a heavy knock on your door is a new opportunity etc.). But the symbolism is so cryptic (hidden) because it is only the dreamer who has a direct experience of reality can connect to what the symbol stands for. Once familiar with the symbols, you can decode the dream yourself into some form of a message or a much needed encouragement or enlightenment especially when you are in a difficult circumstance in life.

Since Mom’s departure (December 19, 2018), and me being back in Austin and back to work and doing normal stuff, I have not had any dreams at all and I am not sure why. Maybe nothing is bothering me or maybe many things are bothering me so much that I am totally out from reality or going crazy. But last night, amazingly I had two dreams of which I thought was difficult to decode at first. I will just make the story in bulleted format so that it is easy to read.

DREAM#001-Empty Port
*Travelling with my family after Mom’s burial day
*Instructed my sisters to make sure that I will get a ticket for the boat trip
*I did not get a ticket
*I was left at Merida Port
*I was running late and my luggage was with them but the boat and family left without me
*I thought that my luggage was lost, it was left at the boat terminal by itself unattended
*I got my luggage back

“My grief journey will be long, lonely and difficult but…".

DREAM#002-Toppled Electric Pole + Broken Solar Panels
*I was doing an inspection of my fence in the backyard
*I saw a fence post brace that looks like it was broken but at close inspection, it was okay
*I saw a tall electric pole at the back of my house, it looks like it was about to snap
*Then moments later, it snapped damaging my solar panels (some of it)
*I went into the garage driveway to assess the damage and the damage was not that bad but some solar panels were in pieces littered by the front yard
*I told Brittney (my eldest daughter) to pickup the pieces and group it together so that I can take a picture and send it to the insurance company.

January 2014, Changed all my investment to JAGLX only. I believe that “Humans will need medicine more than technology ie. phones, computers, IoT.”

June-December 2018-Brent took a gap year to apply for Med School. He also took a job as a medical scriber in Temple, TX which is >50 miles from home. He drove to work using my 2002 Yukon which will need gas refilling every 3 days @ $45/fill up.
December 2018, my mother passed away at age 86.

Dream: 7th Floor Apartment with MP

I was moving into a building apartment which I did not realize until late that MP was also residing across my room.  After moving in and everything was all in place, I left the room to throw away the trash and empty boxes. While outside my room in the hallway, I could not remember my room number because the doors are so identical.  Totally, I was lost but has the ability to see through inside the rooms and able to scan through the window and able to see the outside for markers like trees or building.  In my hand was the room key holder with a coin and a slightly visible inscription of a room number which is barely visible but I could not make up the number.  The key holder did not have a key, I was so focused in finding my room.  When I scanned the inner room, I noticed a familiar face [MP], she was lying in bed reading a book and when I gazed at her, it was the same look and youthful face that I saw during our very last goodbye 27 years ago and then I woke up and wrote this entry.

Dream: Transporting a blue vehicle from Cebu to Leyte
“I was transporting a blue vehicle on board a ferry from Cebu to Leyte.  The vehicle was loaded properly but I rode with the harbor pilot to lead the ferry during the beginning of the trip.  The ferry was supposed to wait for us so that when it reaches the safe zone, we will board – but the ferry just took off without us. A sister was in that ferry and tried calling her but unable to.  I had the key to the vehicle and I was wondering what happened to the vehicle when it arrive in Leyte because they could not move the vehicle. I was left behind in Cebu.”

I witnessed a newborn baby talks and acts like a real person on day01. 

Dream #2-A lost swimming goggles. 20110412
I was swimming with 3 scuba diving team and one lost  possession of her swimming goggles and panicked. I went into the deep water with no scuba gear and recovered the lost goggles at the bottom of the ocean floor but when I resurfaced, I end up in a different hostile location .   It was a long vertical swim to the surface of the water and it was a great feeling of relief after I reached the top. I gave the lost diving goggles to the leader of the group so that he can give it to person who lost it but this person was not in good terms with the other group and end up convincing him to give me back the goggles.

Let your light so shine … – Let your holy life, your pure conversation, and your faithful instructions, be everywhere seen and known. Always, in all societies, in all business, at home and abroad, in prosperity and adversity, let it be seen that you are real Christians.

That they may see your good works – The proper motive to influence us is not simply that we may be seen (compare Mat_6:1), but it should be that our heavenly Father may be glorified. The Pharisees acted to be seen of men, true Christians act to glorify God, and care little what people may think of them, except as by their conduct others may he brought to honor God, yet they should so live that people may see from their conduct what is the proper nature of their religion.

Glorify your Father – Praise, or honor God, or be led to worship him. Seeing in your lives the excellency of religion, and the power and purity of the gospel, they may be won to be Christians also, and give praise and glory to God for his mercy to a lost world.
We learn here:
1.    that religion, if it exists, cannot be concealed.
2.    that where it is not manifest in the life, it does not exist.
3.    that “professors” of religion, who live like other people, give evidence that they have never been truly converted.
4.    that to attempt to conceal or hide our Christian knowledge or experience is to betray our trust, injure the cause of piety, and to render our lives useless. And,
5.    that good actions will be seen, and will lead people to honor God. If we have no other way of doing good – if we are poor, and unlearned, and unknown yet we may do good by our lives. No sincere and humble Christian lives in vain. The feeblest light at midnight is of use.

Power in Weakness; Day559; Dream

But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and show themselves most effective in [your] weakness. Dream: I was a fugitive and was in hiding in a remote village with Britta and Brittney.  It was a difficult life and I was constantly in a state of heightened awareness.  One thing I noticed, Britta and Brittney were very content and never complained. Also, Brent was not with us.  In the dream, I realized how precious freedom is.

Dream #1 – Saw a brown colored river which at first looks very ugly and cluttered with trees and branches and vines but as I kept walking I later saw a beautiful river that was maintained by someone.  The river was wide and shallow but was peaceful. Then there were soldiers walking towards me in full battle gear and were chased with mortar rounds but never hit them.  They continued to walk towards me to meet me.  One soldier was so scared that I have to tell him and show him that the mortar rounds did not hit him nor exploded

Dream #2 – I visited the family of Em’s uncle in Ormoc which died from MI and gave my condolences to the daughters.

Dream #3 – I donated one my kidney to a child from Ingrid’s family. I was wondering what will happen to me that I had an MI and now have just 1 kidney left. I did not care.
