Synonyms: estimate, evaluate, guess, label, pass judgment

Judging is a habit. It is a disease and we all have it.

There it is, I just made an incorrect judgment that "we all have it". How sure am I with the statement? What are my sources? Where is my research? Where are the data explaining that we as human beings are born to judge a person, a situation or an event. I don’t have it — so I’d better not pass judgment on that matter. I will let you decide on the idea that we are all guilty of passing judgment immediately as soon as we see or hear or read something.

Don’t jump to conclusions. Get the facts. Inquire. Research. Read. Study. Experience it. Write a draft about it. Delete it and then forget about it.

Keep it to yourself unless it can save lives or improve the quality of life. It is not for us to judge.
