I did some thinking and I came up with this list. I understand that it is hard to think correctly while you are still in shock after the event. This is just a guide and I wish I can execute each task for Mom, Dayline and the rest of the people in Merida. Beb’s, your #1 priority is Mom’s breathing aid and then work on Food, Clothing, Shelter items etc. If you are in doubt about the progress of the situation in Merida, relocate Mom to Cebu temporarily until the infrastructure are restored ie: electricity and water supply and roads.
