7 Things That Can Change The World; DSM-5 Reference

I have a few hobbies. I bike [alone], I swim [alone], I listen to Christian music, I enjoy working on electronics, I enjoy working on Windows Servers/computing, I enjoy Ham Radio,  I read psychology stuff, I enjoy parenting, I experiments on humanity/relationships and study human beings and I read the Bible.  Enough for my background. I just need to expose my background so that strangers or new readers can understand where I am coming from when you read something that I write here.  I have no intention of writing a book.  I have no intention of getting discovered by a publisher or anything related to making money.  I have no intention of convincing you to believe in God and Christ.  I have no intention of saving people and preach after life. Nor I have intentions of highlighting an individual or a person. I am just a person just like you – in a journey of life.

I do have one great vision: “To change my world”. Please note the highlighted word – “my world”.  I really don’t have a program or a detailed plan to execute the “my world” project.  I’m just going with the flow of life day by day.  So, don’t ask me for a strategic plan, I don’t have it.  Hey, it’s only a hobby.  If you are interested, please join me by doing your own “my world” project too.

Some of my resources:
1. The Bible https://www.bible.com/bible/59/pro.6.esv
2. DSM-5  online-assessment-measures

Enough for the introductions, we don’t need them anymore.  I was listening to Proverbs 6 the other day on my way to work, I came across this word “haughty” and I was intrigued.  Also, in the same Chapter was a topic about adultery.  Please finish the whole chapter6. https://www.bible.com/bible/8/pro.6.amp  [I upgraded my old stereo system in my car to bluetooth and I’m now able to listen to a song and/or listen to the Bible while in traffic.]

Here’s my study on the word “haughty”.  I need to meditate and be mindful for now with this word.  I think it is such a world changer.  A lot of discord, fights, conflicts, relationship problems, stress, anxiety can be deduced to being arrogant and superior.

Haughty -having or showing arrogant superiority to and disdain of those one views as unworthy
Arrogance -Having or showing feelings of unwarranted importance out of overbearing pride
Superiority-Displaying a sense of being better than others
Disdain – communication that indicates lack of respect by patronizing the recipient
Unworthy – Lacking in value or merit
